Sentia's core difference is that it does not treat performance and human wellbeing as separate subjects. We combine field experience in leadership, sales and management with the integrated perspective of psychology, behavioral science and health science. The goal is not only to raise performance, but to make that performance sustainable without depleting people; in short, “performance that does not consume the human being.”

We build every program on the four-step Sentia Cycle. Sense: through root-cause analysis we gain a deep understanding of the organization's culture and its real need. Design: we build a non-standard program that grows out of the organization's own reality. Transform: through experiential practice we bring lasting behavior change to life. Sustain: with coaching and reinforcement tools we secure the development.

Our programs can be run at many different levels: middle and senior managers, manager candidates, specialists, blue-collar teams, program members, teams and project teams. Each program is tailored to the development stage the participants are at.

These are programs built from scratch around your organization's specific need, bringing proven leadership principles together with corporate wellbeing practice. They are not an adaptation of a standard module; they are a genuinely tailored development journey built from the organization's culture, goals and current challenges.

The process usually starts with a conversation about needs and goals. Where necessary, the need is analyzed in more depth through manager interviews, focus groups and discovery workshops. Based on this assessment, the program's purpose, modules, length, delivery method and follow-up approach are agreed together. Once the scope is clear, the delivery calendar is set.

It depends on the need and on the development area being targeted. Formats range from short webinars and half- or full-day workshops to two-day competency development programs and academy, coaching and consulting journeys spread over several months. Duration is set by the scope of the intended behavior change rather than by the topic itself.

Team coaching is a trust-based transformation journey that the coach walks together with the whole team. The goal is collective rather than individual: for teams brought together around shared goals, it works to improve communication, strengthen the quality of relationships and so raise performance. By observing team dynamics and listening to the team's voice, the team coach supports the transformation with structured tools and becomes an impartial yet effective development partner.

It suits any team that has come together around a shared purpose and wants to work together more effectively: teams facing communication breakdowns, needing to develop collaboration, wanting to build a climate of trust and respect, or aiming for better team performance. It is particularly valuable for senior leadership teams, department and functional teams, project teams, and structures made up of a leader and the team leaders reporting to them.

The measurement approach is set by the scope of the program. We may use participant feedback, pre- and post-program assessments, a Likert scale and 360-degree assessment designed specifically around the targeted competencies, manager observation and follow-up conversations. The aim is to evaluate not only participant satisfaction but how far the learning actually reaches the work and the behavior.

“Sustain”, the final step of the Sentia Cycle, is designed exactly for this: through structured follow-up conversations, one-to-one coaching and mentoring sessions and reinforcement workshops, we help the behaviors learned in training take root in everyday work. We build an ongoing development system, not a one-off training day.

According to McKinsey's 2023 research, 70% of leadership development programs fail to produce lasting behavior change. The main reasons include the absence of follow-up after the training, impact that is never measured, gains that are never transferred into the work environment, and the lack of manager sponsorship. Sentia's four-step cycle is designed specifically to close those gaps.

Fees are set according to the scope of content, program length, number of participants, number of consultants, delivery format, city or country, preparation requirements and any measurement, evaluation and follow-up work. For that reason, instead of a standard price list, we prepare a scope and proposal specific to the organization after a needs conversation.

Yes. It is possible to start with more limited formats such as a webinar, a one-day workshop or a short keynote. Many of our client relationships begin with a small pilot and, as the results become visible, grow into a broader development journey.

We have worked with organizations across banking, technology, retail, logistics, FMCG, manufacturing, insurance and corporate services. The sector experience our consultants have gained in their own professional backgrounds also ensures that each program is designed around the real dynamics of the relevant industry.

Sentia's founding partners specialize in leadership, team dynamics and corporate wellbeing. Depending on the subject, this core team is joined by specialist consultants we partner with (for example in fields such as corporate communication, image management or artificial intelligence). The consultant match for each program is set specifically according to the need.
